Lost or Stolen Permits
Lost or Stolen permits must be reported to Parking & Transportation Services. Please complete the following form: Lost or Stolen Permit Form and submit it via email, fax or in person to our office. For more information or questions call (520) 626-7275 or email

- Lost permit replacement fee: $30.
- Lost RFID unit replacement fee: $50
- First stolen permit of the year: No Charge
- Subsequent stolen permit or RFID replacement fee: Permit $15, RFID unit $25.
- A police case number must be provided for permits or RFIDs reported stolen.
