Free Lyft Codes to Tucson International Airport and Main Campus
Traveling during the school year just got easier. Tucson International Airport (TUS), the Official Airport of the University of Arizona, is offering students free Lyft codes for quick, easy rides between TUS and Main Campus throughout the 2026-27 academic year.
During select peak travel periods, submit a request for a Lyft code and redeem in the Lyft app during the designated redemption window. Whether you’re flying in for move-in or heading home for a holiday break, TUS wants to help get you where you need to go.

Tucson International Airport (TUS), the Official Airport of the University of Arizona, is here to help make your Back-to-School travel smooth, easy, and stress-free! To help get you settled in for a new school year, we are offering a limited number of complimentary Lyft codes (valued at $30/ride) for one-way travel between Tucson International Airport (TUS) and the University of Arizona Main Campus.
The Back-to-School offer is available to the first 500 students who request a code during the Code Request Window listed below. Enjoy this great way to save on travel, start the semester off right, and of course, Bear Down!
Travel Window
- Code Request Window: August 13-24, 2026
- Code Redemption Deadline: August 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM
- Limit: One (1) code per NetID for one-way travel, while supplies last
How to Request Your Lyft Code
- Click the “Request Lyft Code” button below during the request window.
- Log in using your UA NetID.
- Click Request Code to generate your Lyft code. It will also be sent to your U of A email.
- In the Lyft app, go to Payment > Add Lyft Pass, and enter the code.
- Request your ride from TUS to campus or vice versa!
Note: You must have an active Lyft account to use the code. New users will need to add a valid personal payment method when signing up.
Program Guidelines
- Available to U of A students only.
- Valid only for rides between TUS and Main Campus or within a 2-mile radius of Main Campus.
- Codes used outside of this area will be invalid.
- Each code covers up to $30 of the ride cost. You’ll be responsible for any additional charges.
- Prices may vary due to traffic, time of day, and peak hours.
- Codes may not be shared with other riders.
- Request code early, quantities are limited!
