Fleet Services
Parking and Transportation Services has consolidated Rental Fleet Vehicles, Maintenance and Repair Services and Vehicle Procurement teams into a unified Fleet Services management model to modernize the way we manage the life cycle of the university’s fleet of vehicles in a more strategic, cost effective and sustainable way.
All departments across the University of Arizona are required to initiate the procurement of university owned vehicles (including golf carts) through Fleet Services. Fleet Services will oversee the purchasing, ownership, and management of vehicles. Fleet Services will also assist with licensing, titling, and branding, and will be responsible for managing fleet vehicle life cycles and maintenance schedules.
What Departments Need to Know
Currently Owned Vehicles
- Vehicles already owned will remain under departmental ownership.
- Older vehicles will be surplused with assistance from Fleet Services.
New Vehicle Requests
Departments must complete the University Vehicle Purchase Request Form.
