Permit-By-License Plate
- Your license plate is your parking permit. A physical permit does not have to be displayed.
- Head-in parking Only – No back-in parking (exception National Championship Drive Permits): Our Parking Services officers need to be able to see your license plate to verify your permit.
- Main Campus Lots: All surface lots and street parking are Permit-By-License Plate.
- EXCEPTION: The following parking locations still require a physical permit to be displayed:
- Specialty Permits (i.e., Retiree, President's Club)
- PBC Campus - All locations

Lot Changes
- Closure:
- 8154 previously a part of South of 6th Street parking permit is permanently closed.
- Lot 9006 Park and Ride Lot is permanently closed.

Gated Garages
License Plate as Permit: Your license plate acts as your parking permit. The gates will automatically lift when your vehicle enters or exits based on your license plate.
Update Vehicle Information: It is important to keep your vehicle information up to date in your parking account portal to ensure the system recognizes your license plate and grants access.
