PERMIT HOLDERS ON PAYROLL DEDUCTION

Due to delays caused by the pandemic, parking permits will not be received in time to be mailed out before July 1st.

• Gated Garages - Your RFID unit and CatCard will remain active.
• Lotsampersannbsp; - Beginning August 15th, you may print out a temporary permit from the parking portal. See the instructions below.
• Gateless Garages - Honors Village Garage and Health Sciences Garage, your license plate is your permit.

• ACTION REQUIRED:ampersannbsp;Parking permits are linked to license plates. Please confirm your account has the most current license plate by reviewing your account. Up to three license plates may be associated with one parking permit, but only one vehicle on campus using the permit at a time. For an FAQ about the Permit-by-Plate program, click here. • View permit prices and review permit location program changes. Some permit locations will be Permit-By-Plate locations and no physical permit is required.
• Request changes to permit location: You have priority to add yourself to one waitlist, ahead of open sales through 6/10/2020. In the Parking Account Portalampersannbsp; under "Add/Edit Waitlist" select your new parking location. Requests are based on availability and are first-come, first-served. • If you are awarded a new parking location from the waitlist, you must sign on to the Parking Account Portal to accept the change by reenrolling in payroll deduction. For step-by-step instructions see manual above.
• Cancel your permit for 2020-2021 by June 15: To cancel your permit, please fill out our Cancellation Form.

Important Dates and Deadlines

• 6/10/2020 - Deadline to add yourself to one waitlist
• 6/15/2020 - Deadline to cancel 2020-2021 permit to avoid automatic payroll deduction
• 6/15/2020 - Deadline to update mailing address in UAccess
• TBA - Permits mailed to UAccess address. Some locations will not receive a permit sticker due to Permit-By-Plate.
• 8/14/2020 - Current 2019-2020 permits expire
• 8/17/2020 - 2020-2021ampersannbsp;permits become effective
• Deductions begin in September and are 18 pay periods
