Summer Permits - Available for sale first week in may
If you are new to campus or have an academic year permit, you have the option to purchase a parking permit for the summer. Anyone with a current annual parking permit can also exchange their permit to an alternate location just for the summer months.
How to obtain a permit:
New Permit Holders
Restrictions:
- The cost of the permit cannot be placed on an employee's payroll deduction or transferred to the student bursar account.
- Summer permits are not renewable for the upcoming academic year. You will have to purchase a permit during "Open Sales" in July.
- Permit cannot be purchased online.
- Fill out the online Purchase Form.
- Submit payment: Schedule an in-person purchasing appointment: Main Campus/Tucson or call our office at (520) 626-7275 to complete the transaction over the phone.
Current Permit Holders' Exchanges
Restrictions:
- The cost of the permit cannot be placed on an employee's payroll deduction or transferred to the student bursar account.
- This is a temporary summer permit exchange. Summer permit is not eligible to be renewed for the 2023-2024 permit year.
- Permit cannot be purchased online.
- Submit your exchange request by emailing PTS-ParkingInformation@email.arizona.edu. Include your NetID, current permit location, and the parking location you would like to exchange to, or
- Schedule an in-person appointment to exchange: Main Campus/Tucson
