Please note: No payment is required at time of renewal. Once you have received your confirmation e-mail that a permit has been assigned, you may choose from the following options:
Billing Statement (e-mail)
Bills are sent via e-mail in July. Payment in full is due at permit pickup or at time of web order.
Payment Methods
- To expedite receiving your permit Purchase Your Permit Online at our secure web site using Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Your permit will be mailed to you.
- Permits by mail: Send your application (available at our website) with payment and let us mail your permit to you.
- Purchase your permit at our office: We accept cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express.
- Pre-Tax Payroll Deduction (Benefit Eligible employees - .50 FTE or greater)
- Deductions for parking permits are pre-tax.
- Payroll deductions will be taken over 20 pay periods for Academic Employees and Annual Employees purchasing academic year permits.
- Annual Employees purchasing annual permits will have 24 payroll deductions.
- Semester permits will have 9 payroll deductions.
