To expedite the receipt of your permit you may want to Purchase Your Permit On-Line

Print, complete, and sign this application.

• If coming to our office, bring the completed application, your CatCard, a state-issued document showing license plate number, and your method of payment to the PTS office at 1117 E. 6th Street.
• If mailing the application, attach a copy of a state issued document showing license plate number and payment.
