Football Game Parking Information

Parking on Campus

    • Most parking is available to attendees at a cost of $10.

    • Carpool parking (4 or more people in a car) is free in the 6th St Garage, Tyndall Garage, and Highland Garage.

 

Sun Tran Shuttle Service

Sun Tran shuttle service has been restored for 2011 University of Arizona home football games. 

                                

Because of concerns expressed regarding potential parking and congestion problems at UA, Sun Tran, the City of Tucson, and UA worked to develop a solution that includes modified shuttle service.  Sun Tran will operate its service with fewer buses, meaning passengers may have longer waits. 

 

Passengers can park and ride from:

• Rillito Regional Park – Located at 4502 North First Avenue.
• El Pueblo Neighborhood Center - Located at 101 West Irvington Road.  Passengers are asked to enter the lot using the driveway just east of the Laos Transit Center, and park on the south side of the DES building.
• Hi Corbett Field – Located at 22^nd Street and Randolph Way.  Park on the east side of the baseball field.

 

Round-trip full-fare will be $3, while round-trip half-fares will be $1.50 for seniors 65 years of age or older, persons with disabilities, and Medicare cardholders.  Children five years-old and younger ride free.  Shuttle parking is free. 

 

Shuttles will begin departing for the stadium two hours before game time and run continuously until kick-off.  Passengers will arrive in front of Arizona Stadium on 6^th Street, just steps from the entrance.  Riders may begin boarding on 6^th Street at the beginning of the fourth quarter to return to their original pick-up location.  Buses will run for approximately 45 minutes after the game ends.
